Welcome to your new home! For your convenience, we put together information package which should cover all basic questions you may have. You will find information on trash and recycling programs, utility hookups, phone/internet services and fire/police department numbers.

You can reach us by phone, text, email, through your Resident Center or by visiting our office (by appointment only) between hours 0900am - 0500pm Monday through Friday. We work limited hours on weekends, mostly to handle property emergencies. For routine maintenance requests or to speak with management team representative, please call (904) 604-6637 that is (904) 60 - HOMES during our business hours. If you have an emergency, please place a maintenance request through your resident center and call emergency line 904-878-8869 to alert us.

You will receive $30 credit in your upcoming rental cycle

PROPERTY INSPECTIONS We reserve the right as per clause in the lease agreement to inspect the property at least annually. These visits are planned in advance. You will be contacted at least 5 days prior to arrange a time that will work best for you. Also, it is important that we always have a key to your property. Should you change the locks for any reason, please be certain to send us new copies for emergency access.

Remember: You must give us at least 30-day notice of your intent to move out to be in compliance with your lease agreement. To avoid any charges to your security deposit please return the property in the exact condition you found it when you moved in minus any usual wear and tear.
