1. Browse our available rentals and review the property details before applying. Please familiarize yourself with our Resident Selection Criteria and Animal Policy, available in the FAQ and Documents sections.

2. When you're ready, complete our convenient online rental application. Each adult age 18 or older who will reside at the property must submit a separate application.

3. Application Fee. We conduct a preliminary application review at no charge. If your application appears to meet our qualification criteria or an approved alternative qualification may be available, the $65 non-refundable application fee will be charged before formal screening begins.
